Each drop introduces a new SET with its own visual language, mood, and narrative. Every SET is curated as a complete world, shaped by a distinctive point of view.

New SETS are announced on our website, newsletter, and social channels. As long as a piece from a SET is listed on our website, it remains available.

The number of pieces in a SET is defined solely by the concept and theme behind it. Each SET exists as a cohesive selection - quality before quantity.

Items are sourced globally through a carefully selected network of trusted suppliers, vintage boutiques, and industry contacts. Every source is evaluated according to the same standards applied to our internal review process.

All items are vintage or second-hand and may show natural signs of age. Any notable wear or imperfections are documented in imagery and have an applied rating in their product descriptions.

Each item at THE SET ARCHIVE is professionally authenticated prior to sale. Every piece is individually examined using a strict, brand-specific process. If there is any uncertainty regarding authenticity, the item is not offered for sale.

Vintage designer items may be offered without their original boxes, dust bags, or authentication cards. This is common in the vintage market and does not impact the authentication process. If available, original packaging is included. Otherwise, items are carefully packaged to ensure safekeeping.

Sizing details and fit notes are provided on each product page. As vintage sizing may differ from contemporary standards, we recommend reviewing measurements carefully. If you are unsure, we kindly encourage you to contact us prior to purchase.

Standard shipping is currently available within the EU. For orders outside the EU, including the UK, please contact us prior to purchase.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
We offer complimentary shipping within Germany.

Orders are shipped from Germany via DHL within 2–3 business days.
Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier. Within Germany and the European Union, delivery usually takes approximately 2–7 business days after dispatch.
International delivery times may vary and can take longer in rare cases.

All orders are shipped insured and with tracking via DHL. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number.

In accordance with EU consumer law, customers within the EU have a statutory right of withdrawal. Due to the nature of vintage and one-of-a-kind pieces, returns are accepted only within the legal framework of the right of withdrawal. We therefore encourage customers to review all details carefully and contact us prior to purchase.

Payments are securely processed via Shopify Payments. This includes major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna. We also accept PayPal.

At this time, we do not offer reservations. All items are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

THE SET ARCHIVE does not approach fashion through a gendered lens. Many garments and accessories can be worn regardless of identity. Fit and sizing details are provided on each product page.

Prices reflect the individuality, condition, and quality of each piece, as well as current market values. Each item is sourced, professionally authenticated, and carefully selected.

Choosing vintage means investing in long-lasting pieces and extending the life of existing garments. These are pieces made to be worn and appreciated over time.
